Gemma and Gorka welcomed their first youngster Mia again in July.
A difficult beginning, Gemma instructed her Instagram followers how she was pressured to have an emergency C part.
She wrote: “The choice was made to induce me to assist her alongside however she disliked that much more.
”With each contraction her coronary heart price dropped. On the third one midwife Katie who was taking good care of me on the time pressed the panic alarm & inside 15 minutes I used to be rushed out, prepped & delivered Mia through an emergency C part.”
